To Doll and Toy Fund Members:

We are happy to announce that this year’s distribution will again be at the Delgado Community College Student Life Center. The distribution will be on Saturday, December 15, 2012. (See map for parking on reverse side.)

The General Membership Meeting will be held on Thursday, December 6, 2012, at 5:00 p.m. in the Student Life Center, Building 23 at Delgado Community College. This meeting is mandatory for table captains.

Please remember, only Doll and Toy Fund members who have paid their current dues on or before December 6, 2012 will be permitted to participate in the 2011 Distribution.

For those members who have already paid their dues for 2012, we appreciate it. Thank you.

If you have not already paid your dues, we have enclosed a form. Please return it along with your dues to The Times-Picayune Doll and Toy Fund in the enclosed envelope (no postage necessary). We can then mail your membership card to you and avoid a delay at the General Membership Meeting. If you plan to pay your dues at the meeting, PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY so that we may take care of it before the 5:00 p.m. meeting begins. We appreciate your cooperation.

You will also find a membership application enclosed. Please give it to
someone you know who is interested in assisting with the Doll & Toy Fund.

We will, of course, again take our group picture for the newspaper at our
General Membership Meeting.
